Return Policy

If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Customised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

CANDLE TUBES UK believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of cutting/painted or shipping them.

• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

• No cancellations are entertained for those products that CANDLE TUBES UK the marketing team has obtained on special occasions or promotoins. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

• CANDLE TUBES UK does not accept cancellation requests for ordering the wrong size or colours, However, replacement can be made to the exact dimensions and colour as per the original order if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer packaging the customer should not sign for the parcel (s),The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked with the courier at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations (shades and colour may differ due to lighting), you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from other manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
